VP Corporate Finance - Industrials, M&A & Capital Markets
Citizens Bank
Citizens Bank, based in Charlotte, seeks a Vice President, Corporate Finance focusing on Industrials (Aerospace, Defense & Government Services; Engineering, Construction & Industrial Services). You will lead deal execution, develop financing ideas, and present to investors and rating agencies, working with product partners.
You will mentor analysts, manage financial modeling and due diligence, and nurture long-term client relationships with mid-market companies and sponsors.
