Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring accurate diagnostic practices.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, preferences, and overall well-being.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to manage mood disorders effectively.

• Provide ongoing education and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, empowering them with self-care strategies and treatment options.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and goal adjustments, ensuring each individual receives responsive and tailored care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is to support adults experiencing mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies related to mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
