Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities
-
Lead complex, enterprise-level, cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation.

Lead and manage highly effective remote project teams.
-
Apply Agile, traditional, or hybrid project management methodologies based on project needs.
-
Partner with IT, business operations, and Supply Chain teams to deliver project objectives.
-
Manage project scope, schedule, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
-
Support business process improvement and PMO activities.
-
Manage relationships with customers, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
-
Apply strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to achieve project outcomes.
Required Experience
-
8+ years of experience managing complex, multi-function, enterprise-level projects.
-
6+ years of experience leading remote project teams.
-
Expert knowledge of Agile and traditional project management principles.
-
Strong business operations and process improvement background as a Senior Business Analyst or Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB).
-
Proven experience successfully implementing IT and/or Supply Chain projects.
-
Combined IT and business/Supply Chain experience.
-
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
-
Experience supporting business operations and a PMO.
-
Experience working successfully with customers and third-party vendors.
Required Education & Certifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent.
-
Preferred - MBA or advanced degree.
-
PMP certification.
-
ITIL certification.
-
Proficiency with Smartsheet, Visio, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office tools.
-
Training or demonstrated experience in team motivation, communication, and win-win negotiation.
