This position offers… Employee Assistance Program – 24/7 counseling services, legal assistance, & financial consultation for you and your household at no cost Mileage Reimbursement – Company paid for work functions requiring travel Employee Discounts – Hotels, Theme Parks & Attractions, College Tuition Workplace Culture - An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual’s humanity, and actively promoting a healthy, joyful workforce Additional Perks & Benefits - Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn more Key Responsibilities Complete intake, screening, and assessment processes within required timeframes Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and state guidelines Facilitate group counseling, educational sessions, and individual counseling focused on recovery Participate in clinical staffing and treatment team meetings, contributing clinical insight and feedback Document all services accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards Support clients through transition processes, including completion of required correspondence Maintain professional, ethical relationships with clients, referral sources, and team members Respond effectively to crisis situations as they arise Represent the organization professionally within the community Complete required trainings and maintain working knowledge of policies and procedures Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (non‑licensed) in a human services field, and/or certified or credentialed to provide services within scope of practice Credentialed as a Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP) as defined by the Missouri Credentialing Board, Inc.
