Client Success Manager Brooklyn, NY On-Site + Local Travel (Approximately 30%) $150,000–$200,000 Position Overview We are seeking a Client Success Manager to own and grow a portfolio of client relationships. This role exists to ensure clients remain satisfied, retained, profitable, and positioned for long-term growth. You will serve as the primary client-facing owner of assigned accounts, working closely with Operations, Billing, Sales, and Leadership to ensure every account receives exceptional service and attention. This is not a customer support role. This is a relationship ownership role. The ideal candidate is highly personable, commercially minded, proactive, and capable of building long-term trust with clients while protecting account profitability and identifying growth opportunities. What You’ll Own Own client relationships across a portfolio of accounts Drive client retention and long‑term account health Lead renewals, pricing conversations, and account reviews Manage escalations and ensure issues are fully resolved Identify account growth, expansion, and referral opportunities Maintain visibility into account profitability and financial performance Coordinate internally with Operations, Billing, Sales, and Leadership Ensure clients receive a proactive, high‑touch experience What Success Looks Like Clients view you as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact Strong retention across assigned accounts Consistent account growth and expansion opportunities Healthy, profitable accounts with minimal surprises Clear visibility into account risks and action plans Strong collaboration across internal teams Exceptional client experience and relationship quality Must-Haves Proven experience managing client relationships, accounts, or customer portfolios Strong business and commercial judgment Ability to handle difficult conversations and escalations professionally Highly organized with strong follow‑through Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Comfortable discussing pricing, contracts, budgets, and profitability Preferred Yiddish speaking Experience in account management, client success, relationship management, business development, or commercial operations Experience managing high‑value client portfolios Additional incentive opportunities available for account expansion and new business generated through existing client relationships.
