Title: Skilled Nursing Schedule:
- M-F shift, with alternate weekend rotation Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 6 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Requirements:
- Skilled Nursing experience preferred Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care according to established nursing protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and care options.
