Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Behavioral Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years Licensure: Current RN license Certifications: Required certifications Must-Have Skills/Experience: Must be at least 21 years of age. Description: Orientation occurs bi-weekly on Mondays. This position entails working in the Behavioral Health Division. The unit consists of 96 beds with a patient ratio of 1:12. The patient population includes individuals facing various mental health challenges. Previous experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility is preferred, especially with chemical dependency and dual diagnosis. Experience with geriatric patients is also a plus. The position does not require on-call duties. Dress code includes scrubs of any color; jeans, t-shirts, hoodies, open-toed shoes, and clothing with strings are not acceptable.
