Position Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor and Delivery at Saint Luke's East Hospital in Lee's Summit Schedule Full Time, 36 hours, Nights. On-Call Shifts Required. Responsibilities Accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing and delegating patient care tasks and for supervising other patient care staff. Coordinate the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consult with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Demonstrate proficiency and abide by policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures. Requirements Experience: Less than 1 year. Education: Associate Degree in Nursing. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) RQI, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) RQI, Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS).
