You need to be detail-oriented, sharp, and ready to learn professional‑grade engineering software. We’ll teach you everything else. About CMI Cabinet Masters is an AWI‑certified commercial millwork manufacturer with a 150,000 sq ft facility in Ironton, MO. We design, fabricate, and install custom casework for demanding clients across the country. What You’ll Do Convert architectural drawings into detailed 2D and 3D millwork models using Microvellum (AutoCAD‑based) Review designs for buildability and optimize for production Generate panel saw cutting lists and CNC programs Manage CNC operations using WoodWOP software Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and shop leads What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors Self‑directed and proactive problem solving Clear communication skills (written and verbal) Comfortable learning complex software Reliable with a strong sense of accountability Bonus Points CAD experience (even at a hobby level) Construction, trades, or manufacturing background Proficiency with Excel or Microsoft Office Interest in how things are built A degree is not required.
