Restaurant Manager

Oversee all daily restaurant operations Support the General Manager and organize, plan, and direct restaurant activities Monitor controllable expenses and implement methods to reduce costs and increase sales Develop and monitor food and beverage offerings for quality and brand alignment Maintain a clean and safe physical environment through timely repair and upkeep Enforce company standards, policies, and procedures for sanitation, safety, cash handling, reporting, and dress codes Drive financial business goals, build sales, maximize profitability, grow the concept, and track program metrics Foster a positive work environment Lead and nurture junior managers’ training and professional development Hire staff and implement training and development programs Provide actionable feedback and solicit upward feedback from the team Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for the customer experience Interact with guests, respond to feedback, and develop community relationships Create memorable guest experiences through extraordinary service and leading by example Assist in other restaurant roles based on operational needs and cross-training Requirements 5 years of restaurant experience 3 years of management experience ServSafe® | Food Manager Certification is required or an approved alternative High school diploma or GED is required, preferably from a culinary institution Basic proficiency in restaurant management software, inventory tracking, ordering, and scheduling Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software RAMP Training preferred Available nights, weekends, and holidays, including promotional days, brand events, emergency, and PTO coverage Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching for extended periods, up to 10 hours Must be able to work 45–50 hours per week Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in restaurant operations management, including financial oversight, staff training, and customer experience enhancement.
