Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of promotional events, community outreach activities, and customer engagement initiatives. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments, collaborating with teams, and creating positive experiences for event attendees.
Responsibilities- Support event logistics to ensure smooth and successful operations.
- Welcome and engage with attendees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Distribute promotional materials and provide information about products and services.
- Assist with event registration, check-in, and attendee support.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure event objectives are achieved.
- Help maintain organized event spaces and materials.
- Gather attendee feedback and assist with post-event reporting.
- Represent the company professionally during all event activities.
- Participate in training and development opportunities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people.
