Payroll Manager

Description

The Operations Manager will oversee payroll administration and day-to-day office operations for the New York office. This individual will serve as a key operational resource, interacting regularly with contractors, employees, and internal stakeholders. Core Responsibilities: Manage payroll-related activities and ensure payroll accuracy Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflows Supervise and support at least one direct report Serve as a primary point of contact for operational inquiries Communicate with contractors and internal stakeholders on a daily basis Resolve operational issues independently and escalate when appropriate Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate priorities across multiple stakeholder groups Support leadership with operational reporting and process execution Maintain a professional and service-oriented office environment
