This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to drive infrastructure forward, power innovation and leave your mark on our energy future.In the role of Power Project Manager, we'll count on you to: Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects or large, routine projectsIndependently coordinate work of professional staff and balance team throughout entire project's developmentEstablish client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetingsParticipate in reviews with various governing agencies for complianceConduct work sessions for design development and contract document in conjunction with other staffCoordinate workload through entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on scheduleTrack financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to scheduleWork with Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and Department Manager for project reviews and with company management as neededPerform other duties as neededPreferred Qualifications Two years of project management experience leading multi-disciplinary teams including engineering and one or more of the following: real estate, permitting, natural resources, or construction.Experience in the power utility industry and basic understanding of the major components of a power delivery system.PMP certification#LI-KJ1QualificationsRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field 7 years related experience A minimum of 2 years project management experience Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
