Member Specialist – Kyle, Texas We are seeking a career‑minded, service‑driven professional to join our fast‑paced branch network. This entry‑level position focuses on providing insurance and membership services support to AAA members. In this role you will: Be trained on an array of AAA products and services to confidently interface with members and achieve individual and team cross‑selling goals. Advance with skills‑based pay increases, monthly bonuses, and career growth opportunities; 90% of managers are promoted from within. Provide exceptional service to members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and insurance billing, and other services such as passport photos, road‑trip planning, and cashiering duties. Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and team members. Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists. Be available during branch hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (closed weekends and most holidays). The ideal candidate will have: Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or a similar customer‑service/sales environment. Advanced customer‑service skills. Ability to work overtime. Ability to travel locally when necessary. Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics. Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Adaptability to change and ability to meet deadlines. Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Successful completion of background check and drug screening. Eligibility to qualify for a Property and Casualty License.
