Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or college education preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to understand maintenance priorities and translate them into an executable schedule.

• Experience developing weekly maintenance schedules and tracking schedule adherence.
• Experience with maintenance KPIs and performance reporting.
• Familiarity with maintenance work orders, job plans, resource requirements, and backlog management.
