About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its HPGR and Dry Grinding Product Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the commercial development of the global service business, with a focus on high-pressure grinding rolls and dry grinding technologies. This role involves capturing and securing service opportunities within the company's expanding installed base, as well as winning business from third-party installations. The VP will also be tasked with establishing a service offering and support model for vertical roller mills. A hands-on, global leadership approach is essential, with the mandate to grow the business and build the necessary organization and capabilities. The role requires regular international travel and close collaboration with market area and capital teams. Applicants must have a strong background in commercial, product, service-business, or sales within industrial sectors related to dry comminution technologies. A customer-focused approach, the ability to lead through influence in a matrix organization, and a proven track record of growing an industrial equipment or services business are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience with high-pressure grinding rolls, vertical roller mills, or cement-grinding technologies, and a deep understanding of the market and technical aspects of dry comminution equipment and services. The role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's service business and contribute to the sustainability goals of the mining industry.
