Base compensation is dependent on your skills and experience, with top billers earning total compensation of $150,000 - $200,000. This is fully in office at first, but it could be hybrid or remote at a later date based on performance. Responsibilities: Use your established network or our robust systems to bring in new business Work closely with your clients to understand their requirements and find solutions to their recruitment needs Locate, interview, and prepare candidates for interviews Handle all negotiations and close deals Stay organized and maintain ongoing communications with clients and candidates Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer support Fearless on the phone, as cold calling is a necessity Ability to stay organized and follow-up with potential clients and candidates Self-motivated to maximize your earnings Comfortable working in databases and Microsoft Word Apply today for rapid consideration.
