Sephora is expanding its AIdriven automation strategy across engineering and quality functions. The AI Engineer will support the Quality Engineering (QE) organization by designing and implementing AIpowered workflow automations that improve test effectiveness, reduce manual effort, and streamline QE processes.
This role is podaligned but not tied to a single project. You will work across multiple pods and teams to identify repeatable QE opportunities, prototype AIenabled solutions, and operationalize them into the delivery lifecycle.
Work split:

70% AI consulting / solution design & workflow automation
30% handson testing, validation, and QE execution

Required Skills & Experience

MustHave Skills & Experience

Strong Python engineering skills with experience building automation or frameworks
Handson AI skills (applied AI/ML concepts, LLMs, agents, or AIassisted automation)
Quality Engineering / Test Automation background
Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and translate QE needs into scalable AI solutions

NicetoHave

Retail or ecommerce domain experience
Exposure to AI agent frameworks or LLM evaluation techniques
Familiarity with common QE tools and modern automation frameworks
