Maintenance Manager

Most recently, UC Funds expanded its footprint in the Gulf Shores region with ONE Club Gulf Shores, a premier all-inclusive living community featuring a world-class 9-hole golf course, restaurant, pools, and fitness center, all open to outside members. Position Overview: UC Funds is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations at ONE Club Gulf Shores. This hands- on leadership position will be responsible for leading and overseeing the property’s maintenance teams while ensuring the community is maintained to the highest standards. Reporting directly to the Owner of the property, this individual will play a critical role in supporting resident satisfaction, occupancy goals, and long-term asset performance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing multifamily maintenance operations, developing teams, overseeing vendor relationships, and implementing preventative maintenance programs within a fast-paced residential environment. This position is on-site, and we are seeking local candidates or those willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is available for interested candidates. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all maintenance operations across the community, ensuring timely completion of work orders, repairs, preventative maintenance initiatives, and unit turns to support occupancy goals. Supervise, mentor, and develop maintenance staff while fostering a high-performing, service-oriented culture across the property. Coordinate third-party vendors and contractors for repairs, capital improvement projects, and ongoing maintenance needs while monitoring budgets, inventory, and operational reporting. Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and company policies while responding to emergency maintenance issues as needed. Qualifications: 7+ years of multifamily maintenance or facilities management experience. Strong leadership and team management experience with the ability to oversee maintenance staff and vendor relationships. Experience with work order management systems, including Yardi or similar property management software. Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance and repairs. Highly organized, responsive, and solutions-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr KLR Executive Search Group LLC
