Role Description The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory. This position involves visiting existing and prospective customers, presenting product offerings, and identifying opportunities to expand Imperial’s footprint across grocery, retail, and foodservice accounts. The role includes preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring timely follow-up on orders and inquiries. The Outside Sales Representative will collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to address client needs, resolve issues, and support smooth delivery and product availability. Regular tasks include territory planning, prospecting new accounts, tracking performance against sales targets, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales Presentations and New Business Development skills to effectively showcase products and secure new accounts. Candidates should possess Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to nurture long-term partnerships and provide responsive support. Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with customers, internal teams, and leadership. Relevant experience in outside sales, preferably in foodservice, grocery, or distribution environments. Ability to work independently in the field, manage a territory, and meet or exceed sales targets. Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or sales tracking systems. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
