Logistics Coordinator (Wind)

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our Engineering and Construction division on a new Wind Farm construction project in the Pilbara, for a major mining client. It's a new technology platform, first of its kind to be built in Australia , starting with a 17 turbine pilot and potential for the project to scale significantly . This is a fixed term opportunity on a FIFO 2:1 roster Benefits Join at the pilot phase of a unique project and grow with it Project completion bonus and an attractive site uplift Opportunities for long-term work with Monadelphous beyond the project 2:1 FIFO Roster Key Responsibilities Coordinate with planning and scheduling, project material coordinators and construction staff to establish priorities, sequences, and required delivery dates. Communicate with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered and stored according to Company procedures. Review and maintain material receiving reports against shipping documents to verify that material has been received, initiating follow-up actions when required. Provide advice, service support, technical or functional information to business partners and customers. Answer queries from client representatives regarding expediting issues and resolve any areas of concern. What you’ll bring Wind industry experience is NOT essential, we're more interested in your logistics and laydown management experience. Experience within the construction industry environment is preferred but other industrial and commercial experience can substitute. Minimum 3-5 years logistics/materials experience. Strong coordination and organisational skills to achieve timelines, plan and schedule deliveries.
