As a Service Supervisor, you will lead all maintenance operations for an assigned apartment community while developing team members, managing vendors, and preserving the community's physical assets. What You'll Do Lead and develop maintenance team members Oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns Manage maintenance schedules and priorities Coordinate vendors, contractors, and capital projects Monitor maintenance budgets and inventory Ensure compliance with safety and company standards Partner with Community Management to achieve operational goals Deliver exceptional resident service through maintenance excellence About You Maintenance leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems Proven ability to lead and develop others Strong organizational and project management skills Budget management and vendor coordination experience preferred Commitment to safety, accountability, and resident satisfaction What Our Team Members Say "Management takes time to teach and encourage everyone at every level to do their best and grow.
