Family Medicine Physician Opportunity In Bemidji, MNSanford Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician in Bemidji, MN. The department consists of seven physicians and three advanced practice providers. Practice options include outpatient only, traditional, OB, and addiction medicine. A flexible schedule is available to fit your needs, with great work/life balance and shared nursing home call with FM and IM.Integrated behavioral health therapist and community health worker are available. The multi-specialty clinic is associated with a 118-bed hospital, including a 14-bed ICU and a Level III trauma center. ER volumes are approximately 27,000 annually.Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $265,175 - $343,168 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
