Sanford Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician in Bemidji, MN

• The department consists of seven physicians and three advanced practice providers
• Practice options:

o outpatient only

o traditional

o OB

o addiction medicine

• Flexiable schedule to fit your needs

• Call: shared nursing home call with FM and IM
• Integrated behavioral health therapist and community health worker available
• Multi-specialty clinic
• 118 bed hospital, 14 bed ICU
• Level III trauma center
• ER volumes- 27,000 annually

Compensation Package

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $265,175 - $343,168 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
