Program Manager

Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager located in Salt Lake City, UT . Responsibilities Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets. In charge of tracking relevant metrics and driving action items based on results. Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required. Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherence steps related to product development timelines, delivery, quality, and the required business metrics. Review program proposals or plans to resolve time frames, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program. Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arrange for recruitment or assignment of personnel. Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction, also having control for different accounts of varying complexities. Serve as the key channel of communication for customers and act as an escalation point in the event of customer issues. In charge of customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions. Maintain current and develop additional business with customers. Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met. Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers. Hold up production sites for projects, costs and other customer-related matters through business and expertise. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Minimum 7+ years of experience in program administration/management, with demonstrated ownership of end‑to‑end program execution and overall program health. Advanced operational, technical, and people/process management skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally and build strong internal and external customer relationships in a customer‑facing environment. Expert understanding of multiple functional processes and technologies, including their interdependencies across the site(s), and the strategic impact of the function across locations. Strong execution and communication skills, ensuring on‑time delivery, clear stakeholder communication, and effective use of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) for reporting and analysis. Deep knowledge of Flex operations and business practices, with demonstrated expertise in complex technical or functional areas; prior experience leading or managing small teams.
