What We’re Looking For We want Shift Managers who: Enjoy working with people and bring a positive, friendly attitude to every shift Lead by example with punctuality , reliability, and strong work ethic Follow uniform and appearance standards with pride Thrive in a team environment and help others succeed Smile easily and enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere Take ownership of keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and guest‑ready Stay calm under pressure and help guide the team through busy rushes Support training, coaching, and daily operations with professionalism What You’ll Do Lead shifts and support the General Manager in daily operations Ensure great guest service and fast, accurate food quality Coach team members and help maintain a positive work culture Uphold Wendy’s brand standards, food safety, and cleanliness Assist with cash handling, inventory, and opening/closing procedures Why Join Us At Divine Bliss Management, we believe people come first . What you bring to the table: At least one year of restaurant work experience. You’ve already led, managed and organized a team in a fast‑paced environment. Mad skills in problem solving, customer service and decision making. Giving and taking direction like a pro. Flexible work availability. You must be willing and able to: Travel to other Wendy’s locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed. Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift. Lift up to 25‑50 lbs. now and then. Handle weather‑related moments like rain at the drive‑thru, taking trash out in the summer, etc. Wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.
