Bartender

Job Title: Bartender Location: McGregor, MN Job Id: 245 # of Openings: 1 Reports to: FOH Lead & Director of Operations General Purpose Responsible for set‑up, mixing of drinks, service and cleanup of bar area while providing quality service, guest satisfaction and the achievement/maintenance of company standards and profit maximization. Schedule Requirements Weekends and evening shifts are required. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Holiday or event‑based coverage may be requested. Will be required to work nights, holidays, weekends. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Make and serve drinks to guests and for servers following guidelines. Perform guest contact professionally. Ring guest checks and process payments. Complete liquor requisitions. Know and comply with state liquor laws. Ensure pars are maintained. Perform side work duties. Support servers as needed. Take tables as needed. Other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications 18+ to serve alcohol. 1+ year bartending experience preferred. Hotel/restaurant experience preferred. Food/beverage knowledge. POS skills. Professional, service‑oriented demeanor. Strong communication skills. Must understand English. Must perform duties with or without accommodation.
