Warranty Specialist

Description

• This company has 200+ suppliers and 5000+ warranty/claims per day. The Maintenance Technicians will perform the repairs and this person will be filing the claims for each manufacturer. After the mechanic repairs each vehicle, this person will read each repair order and decide whether or not there is a warranty. (coverage, miles, domestic, etc.)

• This person will code and key in each claim and then follow up to see if it was accepted or rejected.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma required

• Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred

• Minimum of 2 years in claims/warranties, parts, or service

• Capable of navigating across multiple computer systems

• Automotive background highly preferred

• Must have strong attention to detail

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
