Family Law Paralegal

Family Law Paralegal | Bedford, MA(On-Site) We are looking for a Family Law Paralegal at a multi-services law firm in Bedford, MA, 01730. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of family law paralegal experience (required). This is a full-time permanent role and will pay between $100K-$115K (based on relevant work experience). On-site 5 days per week. Starts September 28th, 2026. Responsibilities Support day-to-day case management and legal administrative needs. Prepare documents for Trust Wills and Estates. Work closely with attorneys on preparing court filings and follow up with clients. E-file pleadings. Manage case calendars and schedules. Prepare and manage 401 and 410 financial disclosure forms. Coordinate and conduct client meetings Maintain organized case files and ensure all deadlines, filings, and client needs are handled promptly. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Paralegal certificat 5+ years of family law paralegal experience required Experience with 401 and 410 financial disclosure forms is required Proficiency with MyCase strongly preferred Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
