Lead Systems Engineer

Salary: $80,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.
• CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ certification(s).
• Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MSDST).
• Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
• Proficient in Active Directory and Exchange Server.
• Experience in cloud computing is preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and printers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills, supporting users ranging from novice to advanced.
• Familiarity with VMware infrastructure and knowledge of remote monitoring and change management.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will be part of an exceptional team, where collaboration is key. You will engage in:
• Basic server configuration, including standalone and virtualized environments.
• Supporting WAN and LAN networks, backups, email systems, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Evaluating simple and complex network environments to troubleshoot problems, including firewall issues, Windows Active Directory complexities, domain namespace blacklisting, printer problems, email delivery issues, backup failures, and virtualized system errors.
• Analyzing existing and future client needs and reviewing technical alternatives to accurately assess the impact on their environment, ensuring the maintenance of client security and compliance where necessary.
• Focusing on technologies such as Windows, Acronis Backup & Recovery products, VMware virtualization, WatchGuard firewall hardware, VPN connectivity, Dell systems, and Netgear storage systems.
