Utility Associate

Job Posting/Description Framework Job Title: Utility Associate Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Charlotte, North Carolina Pay: $17.00 per hour – Paid every Friday. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Available for overtime if needed Referral Bonus Program Available Job Summary: This position plays an important role in supporting daily production operations through general labor, part preparation, and cleaning tasks. The role also offers potential for advancement to an Associate Machine Operator position based on performance and operational needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with part preparation and general cleaning duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Support production operations by performing assigned utility tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
