Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days (6:45 AM – 5:15 PM) | Includes call, holidays, and weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgical team in the operating room across a range of procedures within a high-acuity trauma environment
• Prepare and maintain sterile field, instruments, and surgical supplies before, during, and after procedures
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and pass instruments and equipment as directed
• Participate in call rotation, including holiday and weekend coverage as required
• Adhere to all facility policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level 1 Trauma setting
• Surgical Technologist certification (CST) or equivalent credentialing
• Ability to work a fixed day shift schedule with no alternate schedule accommodations
• Availability for call, weekend, and holiday assignments

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Broad surgical specialty experience across multiple service lines
• Demonstrated proficiency in high-volume, fast-paced trauma operating room environments
