Banking Operations Specialist

Job Title: Banking Operations Duration: 6+ months Location: Whippany, NJ Pay Range: $30-$35/hr Basic Qualifications: 5+ year’s experience in collateral management, margin processing, or post-trade operations within a banking environment. Good understanding of margin methodologies, collateral flows, and associated operational risks. Ability to interpret and apply defined procedures, controls, and escalation protocols consistently. Strong analytical capability to investigate breaks and reconcile data across multiple systems. Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate issues and outcomes. Proficiency in working with large datasets to support reconciliation and analysis. Awareness of control frameworks and the importance of accurate control execution and evidence. Ability to operate in a controlled, time-sensitive environment with competing priorities.
