Overview e3 Partners’ internship in the San Francisco Bay Area is an opportunity for young adults to explore the life of being on mission. They will learn how to equip God’s people to share His Word and establish healthy, multiplying disciples in this incredible city and beyond. Interns will discover how their unique gifts can be used to show His grace to others through cross-cultural ministry. During the internship, interns will gain experience in sharing the Gospel, learning how to develop and implement strategies to reach the unreached, and cultivating a heart posture of abiding in Jesus to equip them for a life of fruitful ministry. This position will require raising support. The Bay Area’s vibrant and diverse urban landscape provides a fertile mission field, with a mosaic of different ethnicities and cultures, a large foreign-born population, and many unreached people groups. This unique demographic reality presents an opportunity to impact the peoples of the earth. Responsibilities Live and work with existing units in the city, partnering with the local church and longtime workers. Team with local Strategy Coordinators and help build a team in a specific mission segment. Implement best practice tools for multiplying disciples and reaching lostness on a daily basis in San Francisco. Establish healthy rhythms of prayer, abiding, ministry, and rest with local missionaries. Participate in and help lead training to equip others in disciple-making, and in problem‑solving meetings addressing barriers. Serve full‑time for the duration of the internship (2-3 months) and raise funds to cover living expenses. Location & Housing The mission house located in the Bay Area serves as a local ministry hub, providing subsidized housing for interns. Focus & Time Frame Time Frame: 2-3 months.
