Maintenance Mechanic Job Details

Monday – Friday |6 am - 2pm |$28-$35/hr

Overtime possible and mandatory

Maintenance Mechanic Requirements

3–5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is required
Strong working knowledge of rotating equipment, valves, pumps, and ventilation systems
Industrial electrical power and controls troubleshooting experience required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and equipment manuals
Experience with pipe fitting, electrical wiring, and general mechanics
Experience working with boilers, steam condensate systems, coils, traps, and pumps
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

As a Maintenance Mechanic, your responsibilities will include:

Performing preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on production and facility equipment
Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Installing, maintaining, and servicing manufacturing equipment and machinery
Reading and interpreting blueprints, equipment manuals, and work orders
Diagnosing equipment issues, replacing defective parts, and making operational adjustments
Maintaining boilers, piping systems, steam condensate systems, and air compressor systems
Supporting HVAC systems, including air handlers, blowers, and dust collection equipment
Performing plumbing, carpentry, and general facility maintenance tasks
Completing additional maintenance and operational duties as assigned by leadership
