HR Coordinator - Entry Level

Job Description 3 Months Contract to Hire Responsibilities Responsible for processing all Human Resources transactions and be resourceful in assisting the strategic development and planning processes. Work with the HR Manager to initiate the development, implementation of policies and procedures as needed. Responsible for all Employee on-boarding, personnel files, recruitment, hiring and orientation of new employees in the Philadelphia location. Prepare personnel files for delivery to payroll and internal HR department for New Hire processing Lead monthly New Hire orientation sessions Coordinate with external sources to schedule and attend career fairs and to hire and initiate internship programs as needed Analyze talent development program needs and lead the administration of each training batch. Manage employee relations Rollout and drive corporate programs like team building activities, Employee recognition programs, Roadshows etc. Maintain and follow up to date CA state employment laws and federal employment laws applicable to CCS. Requirements Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management. Any HR Certification is good to have, not a must have. 0-2 years’ experience in Human Resources experience working in the state of CA is preferred, in a Staffing or Consulting environment preferred. Experience with handling personnel files and onboarding activities Ability to perform independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Extensive work experience in MS Office suite Excellent organizational and prioritization skills #J-18808-Ljbffr California Creative Solutions Inc.
