Shift: Days | 5x8-Hour (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Requirements:

* Active California RN License required
* BLS
* Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience
* Previous Charge Nurse experience required
* Epic experience
* Travel experience required
* OASIS documentation experience
* Every other weekend required
* On-call 1 day per month
* Float required to Stanislaus, San Joaquin, and Merced counties as needed
