The $50,000–$60,000 range is base salary only, not total compensation. Base salary is based on relevant experience and qualifications. Sales commission is paid in addition to base salary and is a significant part of this role's earning opportunity; actual commission depends on sales performance.

U.S. COMPANY / W-2 EMPLOYMENT: Full-time employment with Lefunland Inc., a U.S.-based company. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

TRAVEL REQUIRED: Must be willing and able to travel domestically within the United States and internationally (overseas) for trade shows, customer meetings, and project site visits, including air travel when needed. Business travel expenses are covered.

ON-SITE: Kearny Mesa, San Diego, CA 92123. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

Strong English communication skills are required. Additional language skills are a plus, but not required.

Lefunland is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Representative in Kearny Mesa, San Diego, CA 92123. You will respond to inbound leads, develop new B2B customers, prepare quotations, and coordinate commercial playground projects with our design and manufacturing teams in China.

This is not a remote or hybrid role. Applicants must be able to work from our Kearny Mesa office during scheduled hours. Product and industry training will be provided.

ABOUT LEFUNLAND

Lefunland Inc. is the U.S.-based subsidiary of Lefunland Group, a global manufacturer of commercial indoor playground equipment with more than 200 employees worldwide. We design customized indoor playground systems, soft-play structures, and integrated entertainment attractions for family entertainment centers, indoor recreation facilities, children's cafés, shopping malls, developers, and franchise operators.

THE ROLE

Manage inbound inquiries, develop outbound sales opportunities, and build long-term relationships with commercial clients. This position offers a clear path to senior sales roles as the U.S. team grows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries and qualify sales opportunities

• Develop new business through phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and trade-show follow-up

• Understand customer project requirements, budgets, sites, and timelines

• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and follow-up materials

• Coordinate with company leadership, designers, project teams, and the manufacturing team in China

• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in the CRM

• Provide regular sales pipeline and activity reports

• Travel domestically and internationally as needed to participate in trade shows, customer meetings, and project site visits

• Communicate professionally in English

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Professional verbal and written communication in English

• 1–3 years of sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing experience; strong recent graduates interested in sales are encouraged to apply

• Confident with phone, email, and online outreach

• Organized and able to manage multiple customers, projects, and follow-up tasks

• Able to work full-time on-site in Kearny Mesa, San Diego, CA 92123

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• B2B sales experience

• Experience with commercial equipment, construction-related products, entertainment equipment, or other high-value products

• Experience with family entertainment centers, indoor playgrounds, developers, or franchise operators

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or another CRM

• Experience coordinating with teams in China

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Base salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year, based on relevant experience and qualifications, paid biweekly

• Uncapped sales commission

• Estimated first-year total compensation (OTE): $70,000–$100,000; actual earnings depend on sales performance
