Contract Details : Job Title :Payroll Intern Type of contract : Internship Expected Hiring Date : July 2026 Scope :USA Location: Anderson, SC Responsibilities : Help maintain and update payroll records in HRIS systems (e.g., UKG, ADP) Participate in audits and data cleanup projects Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on cross-functional tasks Assist in reconciling payroll-related accounts and benefits contributions Reconcile payroll data Create and maintain Excel reports and ensure data accuracy Consolidate, analyze, and update monthly reports Process smaller payrolls Ideal Candidate Profile : Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion At OPmobility, people truly matter.
