6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Salary: $48,722.00-$56,106.00 *Commensurate with experience. Salary is subject to change with the 2026-2027 school year Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Ability to plan, lead, instruct, supervise or direct other custodial
employees; to work with minimal supervision. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electric heating,
ventilating, and air conditioning. Ability to operate and maintain cleaning/maintenance
equipment and tools.
Characteristics/Traits - Self-motivated, task orientation. Neat, well-groomed appearance. Desire
to work as part of a team. Concern for well-being and safety of student, staff and public; and
promoting best possible image for the district. Willingness to learn; adaptability to change;
dependability; pride in work; friendliness and cooperativeness. Willingness to respond to
emergency calls to work. Education/Training - High school diploma or equivalent required; 5 years of custodial
experience is preferred.
