Experienced Bookkeeper $22-$26 per hour, based on experience Panama City Beach, FL Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:00 PM | Full-Time A Superior Mechanical has served the Florida Panhandle for more than 20 years and continues to grow. We are looking for an experienced, dependable Experienced Bookkeeper to join our team and manage key day-to-day accounting functions. Quarterly team events and annual holiday celebration Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Process payroll accurately and on time Maintain financial records in QuickBooks Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Maintain vendor and customer records Assist with month-end reporting and other bookkeeping duties Required Qualifications At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience Experience with AR, AP, and payroll Proficiency in QuickBooks Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable and comfortable handling confidential information #J-18808-Ljbffr
