\nWe are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide endpoint support and troubleshooting for end-user devices and systems.
\nResponsibilities:
\n- \n
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and endpoint devices. \n
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues. \n
- Support Windows and Mac devices. \n
- Assist with device setup, configuration, updates, and patching. \n
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and access issues. \n
- Provide support for end users during the night shift. \n
- Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system. \n
Required Skills:
\n- \n
- Experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Technical Support. \n
- Knowledge of Windows and macOS. \n
- Experience supporting laptops, desktops, and endpoint devices. \n
- Basic networking and troubleshooting skills. \n
- Good communication and problem-solving skills. \n
- Ability to work independently during night shifts. \n
