Job Details

Key Responsibilities
Production & Operations

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure schedules, quality standards, and performance targets are met
• Lead, coach, and develop hourly production team members
• Monitor line performance and drive productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction
• Coordinate product changeovers and troubleshoot operational challenges
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce all safety policies and procedures; promote a strong safety culture
• Ensure strict adherence to GMPs, HACCP, sanitation standards, and food safety programs
• Participate in safety audits, inspections, and corrective action initiatives

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Partner with Quality Assurance to address product issues and implement corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, yield improvement, and process optimization
• Utilize production metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
