Key Job Responsibilities Collaborate across all levels of the customer's organization, from C‑suite executives to engineering, product management, and sales. Success in this role requires creative systems thinking and the ability to build relationships throughout the account. You'll execute collaboratively with extended teams to address the full spectrum of ISV customer needs. As Account Manager, you'll own the strategic relationship and develop comprehensive strategies for customer adoption and AWS service deployment. Working hand‑in‑hand with AWS resources—including executives, partners, support teams, and solution architects—you'll champion customer interests while balancing business objectives. This includes dotted‑line responsibility for driving partnership and technical collaboration across the organization. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
