Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of personalized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols.
• Provide direct hands-on therapy, which may include therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities to enhance patient recovery and alleviate pain.
• Closely monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress during therapy sessions, making adjustments to the treatment plan as necessary to achieve set goals.
• Educate and coach patients on proper exercise techniques, home exercise programs, and self-care strategies to promote health and wellness outside of therapy sessions.
• Work cooperatively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure an integrated approach is taken for each individual's care, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, contributing to a comprehensive patient health history.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role will be on orthopedic patients undergoing rehabilitation for various musculoskeletal conditions, including post-surgical recovery, injury rehabilitation, and pain management. You will engage with a diverse patient demographic ranging from young athletes to elderly patients requiring rehabilitative services. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent combination of education and certification.
• Possession of a current, active state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an orthopedic setting, demonstrating familiarity with orthopedic rehabilitation protocols.
• Strong foundational knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
