Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support quarterly and annual financial reporting packages in accordance with GAAP.
• Assist with the preparation and review of financial statements, disclosures, and supporting schedules.
• Partner with accounting and finance leadership to improve reporting processes, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist with audit requests, testing, and year-end deliverables.
• Help maintain consistency and accuracy across reporting processes and financial statement presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA certification or progress toward obtaining a CPA is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting, financial reporting, audit, or fund accounting experience.
• Experience within investment management, asset management, financial services, or public accounting environments is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation.
• Experience supporting external audits and working with auditors.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools.
