Travel X-Ray Radiologic Technologist - $2,168 per week

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a Travel Radiology Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Sacramento, California. Responsibilities As a Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech), you will operate diagnostic imaging equipment, ensure images are accurate and passed to physicians for interpretation, and prepare and care for patients undergoing radiologic testing. Tasks Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests, and explain procedures. Follow physician orders to determine which area of the patient’s body needs imaging. Position patients and adjust equipment accurately. Minimize radiation exposure to yourself and patients by using appropriate protection. Calibrate imaging equipment. Prepare imaging results for physician review. Maintain accurate patient records. Use the McKesson PACS system. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist. BLS certification, ARRT (R) National Certification, and state‑specific licensing. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, or stoop for long periods. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
