Call Center Representative Location: Cincinnati, Ohio Pay: $1920/hour Schedule: 1st shift, MondayFriday Type: Contract-to-hire We are seeking experienced Call Center Representatives for a contract-to-hire opportunity with our client in the Cincinnati area. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (90110+ daily) Assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues in a professional manner Document all interactions accurately in the system Process transactions and navigate multiple systems efficiently Escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining customer satisfaction Qualifications: Must have prior high-volume call center experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with multiple systems and data entry Reliable and professional with strong attendance Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
