We're based in San Francisco and backed by leading investors including Altos Ventures, BoxGroup, and Y Combinator and angels from Google DeepMind, OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta Superintelligence Labs, and Microsoft AI.What You'll DoSales EnablementCreate and maintain sales collateral, presentations, account materials, and other resources that help the sales team sell effectivelyPartner with sales leadership to develop decks, talking points, templates, and other enablement materialsHelp ensure sales teams have the right information and resources at the right timeOrganize and maintain sales resources so they are easy for the team to find and useSupport onboarding and training materials for new members of the sales organizationSales Process & ExecutionHelp manage and improve day-to-day sales processes and workflowsCoordinate internally to gather information needed for RFIs, proposals, questionnaires, and customer requestsOwn follow-ups across internal teams to make sure sales requests are completed on timeHelp identify bottlenecks in the sales process and find ways to make workflows more efficientPartner with sales, operations, legal, finance, and other teams to keep deals movingBring structure and organization to processes that may not yet be fully definedSales OperationsSupport the sales team with account and opportunity-related projectsHelp maintain accurate sales information and documentationAssist with organizing pipeline and account informationBuild lightweight processes and tools that make the sales team's day-to-day work easierTake on ad hoc projects that improve sales productivity and executionSales Analytics & ReportingSupport basic reporting and analysis on sales activity, accounts, and customer trendsHelp turn sales data into useful insights for the teamPartner with leadership to answer questions about pipeline, customers, and sales performanceOver time, contribute to projections and forecasting as the sales organization scalesWhat We're Looking For1+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, business operations, consulting, investment banking, project management, or a similar roleStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to work cross-functionally and effectively chase down information from multiple stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skills and a willingness to figure things out independentlyAbility to create clear, polished presentations and written materialsComfortable working with data and spreadsheets, even if you don't come from a traditional analytics or RevOps backgroundHigh agency — you see something that needs to get done and take ownership of getting it doneComfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentStrong judgment and ability to prioritize competing requestsNice to HaveBackground in investment banking, management consulting, business operations, or another highly analytical and execution-oriented environmentExperience supporting a high-growth sales organizationExperience creating sales decks, enablement materials, or customer-facing collateralExperience managing RFIs, RFPs, proposals, or similar sales processesExperience with CRM or sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platformsExperience with basic sales reporting or pipeline analysisWhat We ValueHigh Agency: You don't wait for someone to tell you what to do.
