Contact prospective customers who have already expressed interest in our clients' services (warm leads no cold calling) Ask qualifying questions and help determine the best next step for the customer Handle fast-paced calls throughout your shift (average call length 24 minutes) Use sales techniques and rebuttals to assist customers in staying engaged Schedule appointments for customers with companies offering services like: Mortgage Solar Healthcare Debt consolidation Insurance Tech services Receive training to develop high-demand sales and communication skills Compensation Base wage + uncapped commission Earn $18$20/hr on average, with top performers making $25+/hr through Double commission opportunities on Sundays Daily, weekly, and quarterly bonuses Performance spiffs Benefits Flexible scheduling PTO available 401(k) Health insurance/HSA option Dental and Vision for full-time employees 6 major holidays off Growth opportunities within one of Utah's fastest-growing companies Real sales experience that builds long-term career skills Internal leadership opportunities as the company continues to expand Are You a Fit?
